Based in Republic Of Ireland.
We are shipping from The Republic of Ireland (Eire) - a full EU Member.No Tax or duty is payable by receivers in the EU.
Receivers outside the EU may be liable to tax and duty at point of entry.
Shipping by Post and Courier (Please select the service appropriate to your order and supply a mobile number of the person accepting delivery)

Each item has delivery options available based on weight and size.
Do not select the minimum service if it is not appropriate to your location. If this happens we will contact you to advise you of the correct service.
Local Delivery in Ireland North and South 3 Types (Delivery 1-2 working days)
- A Package of average value which will fit through a letter box and weighs less than 0.5kg will be shipped with An Post unless otherwise requested.
- A package of small to large Jiffy bag size which will not fit through a letterbox with a maximum weight of 2kg will be shipped with GLS small parcel service and is trackable
- A bulky package Over 2 kg up to 20kg with a maximum length of 2.5m or a package of high value will ship with a courier such as GLS
- Oversize items typically rods of 2.4m transport length will usually ship with UPs and might require an extra shipping charge
International Delivery UK 2-3 working days ,Europe 3-4 working days,Long haul 4-8 working days
- A Package of average value which will fit through a letter box and weighs less than 0.5kg will be shipped by Post unless otherwise requested
- A package of high value or a package which will not fit through a letter box but is of medium value will ship with Registered (First Class) Post requiring a signature
- Items such as rod of moderate to high value will ship with a courier and may sometimes require an additional payment depending on the shipping location and the dimensions of the item. Our system is not programmed to automatically calculate absolutely all eventualities.
Items not suitable for shipping
Liquids and compressed gas can not be shipped air freight.
The international shipping cost of large or bulky items like seat boxes or cheap rods often far exceeds the cost of the item so we are unlikely to proceed with this order.
Delays due to Holidays
Public and Bank Holidays can substantially disrupt deliveries at source or destination.
Substantial delays can be expected between Dec 23rd and Jan 10th.
Return Policy
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason then you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. You have 14 days from receiving the product, within which time you may return it. Please notify us before returning the item and also make sure to include your name, address and instructions with the returned item.

The cost of the goods and the original delivery charge, if any, will be refunded, so long as the goods are unused and in saleable condition.
Your postage charges for the return of the goods will not be refunded and the goods are your responsibility until received by us. For returning expensive items we recommend that you use registered post.

Our aim is to try and guarantee your satisfaction and to this end we endeavour to check that all items are correct before despatch. In the unlikely event that there is something wrong with the order we will try and rectify the problem as quickly as possible. If an item is found to be defective upon receipt we will replace it at our expense as soon as we receive the faulty item back. Guarantee - Most of our products come with a full manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defect, normally for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please note this warranty only covers faults caused by manufacturing defect and may not cover any faults which are a result of neglect, miss-use, modification or general wear and tear.

If a product becomes faulty during use please contact us and we will advice you how to make a warranty claim. (This does not affect your statutory rights).
Complaints If for any reason you are not totally happy with our goods or services and have a complaint, please email us at henry@henrystackleshop.com. All complaints will be acknowledged personally, within 5 working days. We will endevour to reach a solution with you within 7 working days. All complaints will be logged so that we can monitor them for internal usage only.
- ROD RINGS - Please note rod rings are fragile and susceptible to damage should a rod be dropped or missused. Most manufacturers will NOT replace a rod which has been used just because it has a damaged ring so please make sure to check all rod rings before first using the rod and report any problems to us within 7 working days of receiving the rod and before the rod has been used.
- MAINTENANCE - Salt water is a very corrosive environment and you have a duty of care to ensure that the item purchased is cleaned and maintained correctly. Failure caused by lack of maintenance is unlikely to be covered by the manufacturer's warranty
- DVD - We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges on DVDs. If a DVD is faulty we will however exchange it for a replacement DVD of the same title.
- SPECIAL ORDERS - If the item you wish to return is not a normal stock item and was specifically ordered for yourself then there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from the amount refunded.
